Operation Geography

Grace Prison Ministry wish to extend operations not only to foreigners but also to japanese people caught up in detentions and prisions all over japan. We are aware that when counseling is positively taken, fruit multiplies a hundredfold thereby spreading to others. As a result, some inmates started and are into bible study classes an initiative by Grace Prision Ministry

Different cities have been reached like Ibaraki, Osaka, Nagoya and many more hoped to be reached.

JFB-Accommodation Project ( born out of Grace Prision Ministry )

It‘s obvious that having been in sither detention centers or prisons for a long time mosto f the individuals, upon release, will become stranded as they must have lost their accommodation, It‘s imperative to note that accommodation is one of the reason that decide wheter an inmate will be release dor not. If without guarantee for accommodation outside, an inmate cannot be released.
Therefore we as an organization have seen the necessity to come up with our own emergency shelter where newly-released people can stay while sorting out their new road to life.

グレース刑務所伝道ミニストリーは、外国人だけでなく、全国にいる日本人の拘留者や受刑者にも活動を広げたいと考えています。カウンセリングを積極的にとると、実りは百倍になり、様々なことがらに影響が及んでいくことを実感しています。その結果、収容者たちは、グレース刑務所伝道ミニストリー主導による聖書勉強会をスタートさせました。

茨城、大阪、名古屋などのその他の都市でも働きが始められており、他の都市にも働きを拡大していきたいと考えています。

JFB宿泊場所提供プロジェクト（グレース刑務所伝道ミニストリーから派生）：

拘置所や刑務所に長い間収容されていた収容者たちが出所する場合、彼らの多くは泊まる所がありません。宿泊場所の有無が、収容者を解放するかどうかを決める理由の一つであることは避けられない事実です。宿泊場所の保証が無い場合、収容者を解放することはできません。
私たちの組織は、解放された人たちが新しく進むべき道を整えるまでの間に滞在することができる、緊急の避難場所が必要性を感じ続けています。

 

Sensitization Project

Under this Project, it‘s much hoped that people will finally undestand that human cause that JFB has behind it‘s formation. At JFB we aware that many japanese not currently in line with our belief have no bad feelings about foreigners but simply ignorant of the fruits of togetherness where we all MUST belong. Therefore, through such avenues as media, public events etc, we hope to reach many out there. Our events do include meet-up parties colored with entertainments etc. Please, come on board.

Solutions to barriers – General counseling

We are much aware of the many barrier challenges lioke language, culture, etc. It‘s our call to both foreigners and Japanese to come to us for counseling. It‘s one o four duties to seek solutions that shall enable us score our entire vision.

Senior citizens and child support project

At JFB, we realized that senior citizens do face unspoken problems like lonliness etc. Therefore some action needed like emotional support, talking to them interacting with them etc. And for the childern specially those who's parents a caught up in detention or prison centers, Hospitols, psychiatrist centers, we do reach out to them to render necessary support.
